What exactly does NexaFlow do?+
NexaFlow puts an AI assistant on your website that engages every visitor the moment they land — day or night, weekends included. It asks a few natural questions (buy/sell/rent, budget, timeline, area), collects their contact info, and gets it straight to you by email. No lead sits unanswered while you're at a showing or asleep.
How is pricing actually structured — is it really flat?+
Yes. Starter is $299/mo, Growth is $699/mo, Scale is $1,499/mo — no credits, no per-conversation fees, no usage meters that quietly push your bill up as you grow. What you see on the pricing page is what you pay, every month. Each tier includes a defined conversation volume so there are no surprise overage charges either.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — every plan includes a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial, and it converts automatically to a paid subscription unless you cancel first. You can cancel any time with no penalty.
How long does setup actually take?+
If you already have a website, it's usually a single line of code your web person (or you) pastes in — often live same-day. If you don't have a website, we can build you a simple one — see below.
I don't have a website. Can I still use NexaFlow?+
Yes. We'll build you a simple one-page site with your assistant already built in, starting at $150 depending on what you need (logo/branding work, multiple pages, or rush turnaround add a bit more). Just let us know during onboarding and we'll walk you through it.
Who owns the leads the assistant captures?+
You do, fully. Every lead is delivered straight to your inbox and stored in your own account. NexaFlow doesn't sell, resell, or share your leads with anyone else — see our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Does it replace me, or my judgment on deals?+
No — it's a first responder, not a replacement. It handles the "are you still there?" moment when someone reaches out at 11pm, so nothing goes cold before you get a chance to follow up personally. You still make every real decision.
What if the AI gives a wrong answer?+
The assistant is scoped narrowly — its job is to qualify leads (buy/sell/rent, budget, timeline, area) and hand them to you, not to answer detailed listing or legal questions. If a visitor asks something outside that scope, it stays brief and steers back to getting them connected with you rather than guessing.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes — cancel whenever you like, no long-term contract, no cancellation fee. Your plan stays active through the end of your current billing period.
Does NexaFlow work outside real estate?+
Right now we're focused specifically on real estate brokerages and agents — the qualifying questions, the workflow, everything is built around how real estate leads actually work. That focus is intentional.
Is my data secure?+
Lead and account data is stored with encrypted connections and access-controlled infrastructure. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Is phone/voice support available?+
Not yet — today NexaFlow handles website chat. Voice (an AI assistant that can answer calls) is on our roadmap. If that's something you need now, reach out and let us know — it helps us prioritize.
